Statewide Ventilation Pty Ltd is a mechanical contractor operating across Australia, specialising in the supply and installation of apartment ventilation systems. Founded in Victoria, in 2011 to accommodate the growing need for the installation of commercial bathroom, laundry, and kitchen exhaust systems.
With a combined 60 years experience in the construction industry, the Statewide Ventilation team has managed large apartment projects for some of the biggest builders in Australia. This includes Multiplex, Probuild, Lend Lease and Icon Co to name a few, making us a well-known, trusted and sought-after partner for all builders and mechanical contractors.
To date, we have successfully completed over 140 projects, installing ventilation systems into more than 20,000 apartments. Although the majority of our work is in Victoria, we have also successfully completed projects in South Australia and Western Australia.
Our expansion interstate has resulted in numerous benefits to the way apartment ventilation systems are being installed Australia wide, with our prefab techniques implemented into our interstate projects. These techniques have been utilised to save time, money, improve safety and to minimise waste on site.
